BioLabs Chicago is a 30,000 sq ft facility that features Class-A shared and private laboratory and office space. The site is fully equipped and permitted, providing early-stage life science companies with the infrastructure, equipment, operational support, and industry connections they need to build and grow their startups.

Situated in the picturesque neighborhood of Lincoln Park, BioLabs Chicago can accommodate up to 25+ early-stage life science startups. The BioLabs site is located near a range of public transit options, including the subway and multiple nearby bus stops, as well as other local amenities.

BioLabs Chicago is affiliated with Sterling Bay’s Lincoln Yards, and will benefit from the facilities at Lincoln Yards’ growing life science, entertainment, and residential campus.
