Resident Company Mail & Packages

Mail slots are labeled alphabetically for each company. Mail will be sorted upon arrival. When packages arrive, a slip will be placed in your mail slot to ensure you check the package shelves in the mailroom. Packages will be clearly marked with your company’s name. Please deposit the slip in the “Received Package Slips” bin for reuse once you have retrieved your package. If a package is temperature sensitive, you will receive an email notifying you that you should pick it up immediately.

* If nobody is onsite to pick up a temperature-sensitive package, or you know you will be unavailable to deal with a pending delivery, please notify a BioLabs team member so we know to place the package at the appropriate storage temperature.

Outgoing Mail

There is a mailbox with a slot for outgoing mail located at the front of the building (Campus Point Drive). Mail will be picked up and taken to a US Postal Service mail box after 5pm. Companies are responsible for ensuring correct postage.

FedEx / UPS Shipments

We have supplies (slips, sleeves, express pouches, etc.) for FedEx and UPS available in the mail room (see floor plan below). Please feel free to use these. You will need to have your own company account to ship. We do NOT have a standing pickup with these logistics providers, so you must call in pick-up appointments for your parcels as needed.
