Daiichi Sankyo is sponsoring a competition to award up to 2 Golden Tickets at BioLabs San Diego. Each Golden Ticket provides one year of fully paid individual bench space and membership at a fully equipped laboratory designed to accelerate early-stage startup working on research and development of novel technology platform and/or modality that could provide several drug candidates regardless of disease area.

Eligibility Snapshot
Daiichi Sankyo is looking for biotech companies working on research and development in the following areas:

Be an early-stage startup working on the following:
-
novel technology platform and/or modality that provides several drug candidates regardless ofdisease area (medical device, diagnostics and manufacturing are out of scope)

Innovative technology compared to existing technologies and/or modalities

expanding the scope of the technology and/or modality for disease treatment

Submit a single complete Application, including a non-confidential pitch deck as specified herein;

Be comfortable working in a shared lab facility, and agree to conduct operations per Biolabs’ established policies andprocedures;

A subset of applications will be identified as finalist by the contest judges by

Finalist teams will present their company & scientific concept at an in-person in BioLabs San Diego, event on
March 2026
