The Power of a Diverse Workforce: Engaging Generational Differences in the Workplace

This workshop focuses on the characteristics and formative life experiences of five American generations and how their presence has shifted the workplace culture. It explores how each generation generally prefers to interact, contribute, and be rewarded for their results. Your personal assumptions, biases and approach to the workplace will be challenged as you seek to understand the views and formative experiences of generations that are different than your own.
