Otsuka Becomes a Networkwide Sponsor of BioLabs to Support Promising Life Sciences Startups

BioLabs Global (“BioLabs”), a network of shared lab facilities for high-potential life-science startups in key biotech innovation clusters, today announces that Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., (Otsuka) has become a Networkwide Sponsor of BioLabs in the United States.

Otsuka has signed a three-year agreement with BioLabs to provide funding which will support BioLabs and their resident companies in the US. Otsuka is proud to grow our relationship with BioLabs’ community of startup companies. As part of the sponsorship, Otsuka can award up to two Golden Tickets per year. Recipients of a Golden Ticket are awarded a residence within BioLabs shared lab space for one year and are eligible to receive advisory support from Otsuka.

Otsuka will be launching their first Golden Ticket nomination process in June, 2023 with the intention of awarding two promising startup companies a one-year pre-paid residence at one of the BioLabs sites in the US in the Fall.
