



AbbVie Is launching the AbbVie Biotech Innovators Award in partnership with BioLabs University of Toronto. As part of this award, AbbVie is sponsoring Two Golden Tickets, available for use at BioLabs University of Toronto as well as the AbbVie Mentoring Program. Each Golden Ticket provides one year of free lab bench space to emerging biotech startups, significantly reducing operational barriers and enabling promising ventures to focus on scientific breakthroughs.
The AbbVie Biotech Innovators Award will be awarded to a life science startup company (“Award Recipients”) working on research and development in the fields of Oncology, immunology, neurosciences, aesthetics, Therapeutic Modalities and Platform technologies and obesity.

Application requirements
An Award is open to life science startup located in,and formed under the laws of, Canada and focused on developinginnovative technologies and therapeutics designed to elevate thestandard of care in the following areas:
