Launching in 2026, with a permanent home to follow.

An interim office-only space will open in September 2026, creating an early community and platform for founders while the permanent BioLabs facility is constructed nearby at The Sequence. The full 25k sqft. lab and office facility is expected to open in early 2028, bringing purpose-built laboratory infrastructure to the heart of the Wellcome Genome Campus.
