Daiichi Sankyo is sponsoring a competition to award up to 2 Golden Tickets at BioLabs San Diego. Each Golden Ticket provides one year of fully paid individual bench space and membership at a fully equipped laboratory designed to accelerate early-stage startup working on research and development of novel technology platform and/or modality that could provide several drug candidates regardless of disease area.

Eligibility Snapshot
BioLabs Innovation Center at UVM is looking for biotech companies working on research and development of non-viral delivery technologies de-targeting the liver, ideally used for the treatment of rare diseases with the following eligibility requirements:

A novel technology platform and/or modality that provides several drug candidates regardless of disease area (medical device, diagnostics and manufacturing are out of scope)

An Innovative technology compared to existing technologies and/or modalities

expanding the scope of the technology and/or modality for disease treatment

A subset of applications will be identified as finalist by the contest judges by
January 29, 2027

Finalist teams will present their company & scientific concept at an in-person in BioLabs San Diego, event on
February 10, 2027
