Boehringer Ingelheim and The University of Texas Arlington are sponsoring a competition to award one Innovation Prize at BioLabs Pegasus Park.
The Innovation Prize provides one year of fully paid individual bench space and membership at a fully equipped laboratory designed to accelerate an early-stage startup that is focused on new target concepts or drug discovery in any therapeutic indication. CROs, diagnostics, instrument development and health-IT are excluded. ​

Eligibility Snapshot
Boehringer Ingelheim is looking for biotech companies that meet the following criteria:

Applicants must be founded and have their principal place of business in Texas, preferably in the Dallas area and willing to occupy BioLabs Pegasus Park.

Applicant cannot be capitalized over $2 million.

Applicant must not have a partnership with one of the top 20 pharma companies based on annual revenue.

Applicants must be focused on new target concepts or drug discovery in any therapeutic indication.

Please note that CROs, diagnostics, instrument development, and health-IT companies are not eligible to participate in this competition.

A subset of applications will be identified as finalist by the contest judges by

Winning teams will present their company & scientific concept at an in-person event on
October 30, 2024
